1. Position Overview (B2B)
- Develop new business and manage relationships with taxi operators, rental companies, and fleet customers.
- Drive unit sales and convert key accounts into long-term partners.
2. Position Overview (B2C)
- Responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets through prospecting, client visits, and field sales activities.
- Focus on individual customers, small fleets, and TNVS-related buyers.
2. Professional Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage operators to promote Green GSM vehicle solutions.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations with decision-makers.
- Close sales agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Submit accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and competitor insights.
- Coordinate with Finance, Aftersales, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
- Actively prospect and develop new customer accounts.
- Present vehicle features, financing options, and EV technology benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet assigned targets.
- Guide customers through financing, insurance, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat sales and referrals.
- Submit accurate reports and forecasts; provide market feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales (preferably in automotive, motorcycles, financing, or retail consumer products).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with diverse customers.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of financing/banking processes (car loans, installment plans) is an advantage.
- Good command of English or local dialect fluency preferred.
- Willingness to work in field/showroom settings, including weekends and holidays when required.
