Responsibilities
Handle and respond to all customer inquiries via WhatsApp with a service-oriented and sales-driven approach (online and offline sales).
Conduct follow-ups and encourage repeat purchases (repurchase) from customers.
Reconnect with inactive customers and rebuild relationships to encourage repeat orders.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and discounts to increase sales.
Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to support service and sales improvement.
Maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with clients.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK); relevant experience is a plus.
Experienced in sales activities and customer follow-ups
Strong communication skills; persuasive and sales-oriented.
Able to manage multiple chats simultaneously in an organized and responsive manner.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and accustomed to preparing daily reports.
Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
