Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all customer inquiries via WhatsApp with a service-oriented and sales-driven approach (online and offline sales).
- Conduct follow-ups and encourage repeat purchases (repurchase) from customers.
- Reconnect with inactive customers and rebuild relationships to encourage repeat orders.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, pricing, promotions, and discounts to increase sales.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to support service and sales improvement.
- Maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with clients.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK); relevant experience is a plus.
- Experienced in sales activities and customer follow-ups
- Strong communication skills; persuasive and sales-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple chats simultaneously in an organized and responsive manner.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and accustomed to preparing daily reports.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
