Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Melakukan penjualan sesuai target yang ditetapkan perusahaan.
  2. Mencari dan menghubungi prospek pelanggan baru.
  3. Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan existing maupun pelanggan baru.
  4. Melakukan kunjungan untuk mencari pelanggan baru serta mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan di area yang ditangani.
  5. Menyusun laporan penjualan serta memperbarui data pelanggan secara berkala.

Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan minimal SMA atau SMK, lebih disukai lulusan D3 atau S1 semua jurusan.
  2. Berpengalaman sebagai Sales atau Marketing minimal 1 tahun. (Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar jika memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik)
  3. Memiliki SIM C, terutama jika pekerjaan membutuhkan mobilitas lapangan.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik.
  5. Mampu membangun relasi yang kuat dengan pelanggan.
  6. Mempunyai kemampuan negosiasi dan persuasi yang baik.
  7. Cepat mempelajari product knowledge.
  8. Mampu membuat laporan penjualan serta mengelola data pelanggan.
  9. Dapat bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  10. Lebih disukai memiliki keterampilan dasar komputer seperti penggunaan Excel, email, dan CRM.
