Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Achieve sales targets as determined by the company
Handle potential buyers/tenants by presenting, guiding, and negotiating to ensure successful sales according to the selected product
Coordinate effectively with related teams
Assist clients in completing the required administrative documents for the company’s property transactions

Kualifikasi

Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum age 25 years old
Minimum 2 year experience in related fields
Strong strategic thinking ability
Disciplined, honest, able to work under pressure, and target-oriented
Excellent communication skills; proactive, energetic, and initiative-driven
Able to work collaboratively within a team
Responsible and committed to assigned tasks
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Must own a personal motorbike for mobility
