Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, creating and implementing sales strategies to meet target.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
- Build a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Monitoring and being responsible for the achievement of the Sales Team.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align channel activities with business objectives and develop sales and marketing programs.
Kualifikasi
- At least 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing function or equivalent (from IT Solution company is an advantage).
- Creative in finding new ways to sell our packaging products.
- Ability to build long-term trustful customer relationships.
- Accurate in reporting and organising data.
