We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the IT industry. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and negotiations
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Female, Fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Chinese descent is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
- Background in IT or a strong interest in the industry is preferred
- Willing to work onsite in Jakarta
