Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Present and sell Homedoki products, and contact potential buyers.
- Understanding and promoting company programs, and coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Preparing and processing sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answering client questions about purchase terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with the home office and update on progress, challenges, and successes.
- Ensure availability for calls, emails, and meetings during working hours.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years sales experience is required.
- Reliable and outgoing personality, strong expression ability, strong communication skils and Negotiation skills.
- Have certain market analysis and judgment ability, good clients service awareness, good personal reputation and professional ethics.
- Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, can withstand greater work pressure, and can adapt to short-term business trips in Indonesian market.
- Those who have channel resources in the outer islands of West Java, or have engaged in home-related channel (Furniture) sales experience are preferred.
- Can be working as team work and be target oriented.
- Understand and able to use Microsoft Office.
- Can use English as working language.
- Placement in Bandung.
- Can achieve sales target during probation period:
- 1 Month Target : 150.000.000
- 2 Month Target : 200.000.000
- 3 Month Target : 250.000.000
