Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and sales documents.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and ensure proper filing.
  • Coordinate with sales, vendors, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
  • Support tender submissions and compile required documentation.
  • Monitor order status, payments, and generate regular sales/admin reports.
  • Handle warranty claims, RMA documents, and basic customer/vendor inquiries

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Admin/Accounting (IT knowledge is a plus).
  • 1–3 years admin or sales support experience, ideally in IT/trading/distribution.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office & ERP/CRM.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines
