You will be responsible for managing sales operations, the customer service team, and ensuring smooth sales within offline channels. You will lead the team to achieve set sales targets, strengthen customer relationships, and optimize sales strategies and processes across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the sales department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet sales objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the Online Sales team to align offline and online initiatives and ensure sales needs are met across channels.
  3. Supervise the operational sales activities for offline stores, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company standards.
  4. Execute sales strategies and promotions, analyze market trends, and analyze sales performance to provide improvement recommendations.
  5. Manage and train the sales team to ensure they achieve their targets and enhance their skills in effectively selling products.
  6. Manage and coach store teams to ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction, and be able to handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers & partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Analyzing sales data and preparing regular reports for management, offering recommendations to enhance strategies that align with customer trends and behaviors. 
  9. Manage merchandising to ensure product availability in stores and on e-commerce platforms.
  10. Ensure all merchandise is presented based on brand guidelines and in a commercially effective way to drive customer engagement and sales. 
  11. Plan and organize sales events such as bazaars, promotions, or exhibitions to boost sales and expand market reach. Collaborate with marketing and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  12. Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, operation, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and store operations, preferably in fashion or footwear.
  3. Strong background in sales planning, analysis, and execution for offline channels.
  4. Experience in store operational management and visual merchandising.
  5. Proven ability to lead and motivate store teams to achieve targets.
  6. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  8. Passion for the fashion industry, particularly women’s footwear, is a strong plus

Our products are handmade, crafted by skilled local craftsman in Indonesia. By using the finest quality of hand-picked leather and three-dimensional beadwork arrangement, hours of work are invested in order to make a pair of our sandals.

We provide our customers with this high-level sense of luxury, packaged in a very attractive pricing. We are passionate to grow our business to provide economic empowerment, support and provide advanced training to our local craftsman. Creating beautiful sandals, while also creating jobs. When purchasing our sandal, pvra will donate a portion of the sales for a patient in need. We created our “In Their Shoes” campaign, together with Indonesia’s first health crowd-funding website, WeCare.id, to help equalize healthcare throughout Indonesia. In 2018, we launched our new signature heart-bead sole in our classic collection, as a gesture for our customer to always leave a good mark anywhere they go. In 2016, pvra was named “Most Promising Accessories Brand” at Cleo Fashion Awards.

The following year, they are selected to be one of the participant of Indonesia Fashion Forward 6th Generation, the incubator program from Femina Group, British Council and Center for Fashion Enterprise London, to prepare local talents for the international market. This year, the brand has participated in two international runway, showcasing their 2019 F / W collection in London and Seoul. On their third anniversary, pvra opens their first ever offline pop-up (4 months) store in Plaza Indonesia. Followed by another pop-up store concept that opens in March 2019, at Pacific Place.
