Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Administrative data handling and analysis, such as, processing raw data, creating simple data modeling, data visualization (graph, table, chart), etc.
Create business analysis, such as, able to do the analysis of any key metrics business to give insight for management and other teams for better decision making
Conduct Business Development/Sales performance analysis to identify key issues and improvement points
Set KPI, Policy, and Incentive Scheme for Business Development/Sales Team

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce is preferable
Strong executional abilities and cross-functional stakeholder managementHigh attention to detail and strongly meticulou
Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel/ and Google workspace platform (Google Meet, Doc, Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
Familiarity working with BI tools (e.g Tableau, Tableau Prep, PowerBI, Looker) is preferable
Strong work ethics and performance-driven
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in English
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environmen
tAbility to be innovative strategically and operationally
