Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap target penjualan di area Customer Service Online, Live Streaming, dan Affiliate E-Commerce (pada platform Marketplace Tokopedia, Tiktok, & Shopee)
- Melakukan penyusunan strategi, kontroling dan evaluasi performa di Customer Service Online, Live Streaming dan Affiliate E-Commerce
- Melakukan penilaian dan evaluasi kinerja sekaligus kompetensi tim
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1/D4 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai leader tim pada posisi Sales Online/Marketing
- Mahir mengoperasikan sistem marketplace, media sosial, ms. excel dan google spreadsheet
- Menguasai program affiliate dan live streaming
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik
- Mengikuti perkembangan gadget dan aksesoris gadget (up to date)
- Bersedia penempatan di Kota Malang
