  • Leads, Executing and Managing Onground Operation Sales in all areas including day-to-day activities related to the sales onground function with a focus on building long-term, value-based tenant relationships that enable achievement of sales and demands objectives. As a key area of the business, this position will give you a big opportunity for growth and you will also be required to be constantly on the move. The role will report to our Head of Sales. This position will be placed in Greater Jakarta and will require to travel.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven track record of success in Digital Sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manager/Lead sales role within the related industries ex. Real Estate, Property, and or Tech industry.
  • Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Degree in Business, or a related field, (overseas graduate is a bonus)
  • Excellent communication with a sharp business acumen
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
