Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Engagement

  • Lead Engagement: Proactively connect with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their financial needs and guide them toward the best loan solutions, making a tangible difference in their lives.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently work towards achieving or surpassing defined sales targets, contributing to both personal and company success.
  • Storytelling Mastery: Use compelling narratives to showcase how our products can solve real problems and empower customers to achieve their goals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and drive the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring clients receive timely and effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Customer Profiling: Gain deep insights into customers’ goals and challenges, tailoring strategies to deliver personalized financial solutions that help them succeed..

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Empathy in Action: Build strong, trusting relationships by actively listening and understanding the unique challenges customers face, offering solutions that genuinely improve their lives or businesses.
  • Customer Insights: Gather valuable insights to improve the customer experience and ensure long-term satisfaction, contributing to a more inclusive and effective financial ecosystem.

3. Process Management

  • Integrated Sales Process: Ensure a seamless journey for customers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks.
  • CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

1. Educational Background

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree (Strata 1) in any field; preference for Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of work experience.

2. Skills and Competencies

  • Core Skills:
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive in verbal and written communication.
  • Sales Aptitude: A natural ability to influence others and guide conversations toward outcomes.
  • Customer Orientation: A knack for understanding customer needs and building trust.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to address objections or concerns creatively and constructively.
  • Preferred Competencies:
  • Empathy: Can relate to and understand customers' situations, showing genuine care.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable or willing to learn using tools like CRM systems, Office, and communication apps (e.g., WhatsApp, email).
  • Resilience: Maintains energy and positivity even after facing rejection.
  • Storytelling: Can craft compelling narratives around product features and customer benefits.

3. Personality Traits

  • Results-Oriented: Driven by targets, with a clear focus on achieving goals.
  • Energetic and Positive: Displays enthusiasm and confidence during interactions.
  • Coachability: Open to feedback and willing to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently after initial guidance.
