- Aktif mempromosikan dan menjual produk snack perusahaan kepada pelanggan yang sudah ada maupun potensial di wilayah yang ditugaskan.
- Melakukan demonstrasi produk dan memberikan informasi terperinci kepada pelanggan tentang fitur dan manfaat produk.
- Mencapai atau melebihi target dan tujuan penjualan bulanan.
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi dan bisnis berulang.
- Merencanakan dan melaksanakan rute penjualan harian untuk memaksimalkan peluang penjualan.
- Menyiapkan dan mengirim laporan penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan kepada Supervisor/Manager Penjualan.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal SMA atau sederajat.
- Pengalaman kerja di bidang penjualan lapangan lebih disukai.
- Memiliki SIM C yang masih berlaku dan mampu mengendarai sepeda motor dengan baik.
- Keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Kemampuan bekerja secara mandiri dan mencapai target penjualan.
