- Drive Sales of residential project
- Manage Marketing Strategy & Marketing Communication
- Conduct marketing campaign and social media marketing, include billboard handling
- Manage events (above the line and below the line)
- Conduct exhibition, canvasing and other sales activities
- Close relation to agent coordinator and property agents
- Report to General Manager Residential
Kualifikasi
- Education, minimum S1
- Experienced as Sales Manager or Marketing Manager of residential minimum 3 years
- Passion to achieve target
- Capable to manage team sales
- Good communication skill and persuasive
- Familiar with property market at East of Jakarta (Cibitung & Cikarang)
