Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Managing sales and marketing division by developing sales strategy ( sales, revenue and expenses).
  2. Achieve monthly and annual sales target sets by management.
  3. Build and manage all of conventional and digital promotion including exhibition, content creator, website, email, social media ( Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok dan Youtube ) and advertising campaigns ( Google Ads, FB ads etc)
  4. Build good relationship with customer, bank, agencies and other vendor partners.
  5. Manage and evaluate all of sales team activity to achieved sales target.

Kualifikasi

  1. Experience as sales/ marketing manager in a property developer company at least 5 year.
  2. Expert in digital promotion.
  3. Negotiation skill, problem analysis and problem solving.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
  5. Result oriented.
