  • Handle and complete sales orders (closing sales) via WhatsApp for all brands managed by the company.
  • Respond and manage customer inquiries from various brands quickly and appropriately.
  • Manage sales activities for resellers, agents, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with other brands to increase business opportunities.
  • Conduct promotional activities and build good relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Manage customer database in an organized manner to support marketing and sales strategies.
  • Create sales reports and provide analysis on target achievement.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to design effective promotional strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3 / S1 education in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related fields.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in handling and closing sales through WhatsApp or other online platforms.
  • Skilled in communicating professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Business features and other digital communication platforms.
  • Accustomed to working with sales targets and able to achieve the targets that have been set.
  • Have simple data analysis skills to support decision making related to sales strategy.
  • Results-oriented with good multitasking and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with customers and partners.
  • Experience in conducting promotions or marketing campaigns on social media is a plus.
  • Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated to learn and grow.
  • Able to communicate well in English, both orally and in writing.
