Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Support the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, specifically for Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Assist in sales processes from lead generation to deal closure by providing translation and communication support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track and report on sales activities with Mandarin-speaking clients, providing insights to the sales team on performance and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and ensure effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Support negotiations with Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring clear understanding of terms and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company in meetings and events involving Mandarin-speaking clients, enhancing brand visibility and strengthening the company’s network.
  • Contribute to improving the sales process by providing input on cultural and language nuances in Mandarin-speaking markets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Proven track record of 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or business development, preferably in B2B or technology/software industry.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must; English skills will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge language and cultural differences.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to support the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and motivated to contribute to team targets and company growth.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having negotiation or persuasion skills will be a plus.
