- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kuota yang diberikan oleh perusahaan
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan channel/account yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap proses dan kinerja timnya dengan memonitor dan mendelegasikan tugas yang tepat
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap piutang dan melakukan proses monitoring
- Membuat perencanaan promosi dan melakukan analisa efektifitas dari kegiatan promosi yang telah dilakukan
- Menjaga relationship yang baik dengan semua channel/account
Kualifikasi
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1, semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai sales manager
- Mengerti dan paham mengenai proses penjualan di e-Commerce
- Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris yang baik (lisan dan tulisan)
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer, khususnya program Ms. Office
- Memiliki kemampuan presentasi yang baik
