Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities
- Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with existing and potential clients
- Leading, motivating, and training the sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order handling and high client satisfaction
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive movements
- Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Representing the company at exhibitions, meetings, and networking events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetic or packaging industry
- Strong understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
