Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven ability in Sales Strategy Development and execution.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership & Management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing sales professionals.
- Strong Market Research & Competitive Analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Sales Forecasting & Analysis, utilizing data to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
