Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Collect sales performance data through quantitative and qualitative methods, extract insights to optimize sales performance, and present findings using various visualization tools in an easy-to-understand format.
- Review historical sales trends, analyze sales, and other data statistics to provide input for future strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest SFA technologies and issues, compiling this information into newsletters to keep employees informed about new SFA features.
- Conduct training sessions for the salesforce to address identified performance or competency gaps, enhancing their use of SFA features and individual sales skills.
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Maintain and update SFA data to ensure accuracy and availability, supporting operational excellence.
- Create comprehensive weekly reports by providing analysis, insights, summaries, and recommendations to evaluate sales performance.
- Ensure the timely and high-quality provision of materials to support project success.
- Ensure that administrative tasks are conducted in accordance with SLA to maintain operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in SFE or Sales Analyst. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in FMCG companies is a plus.
- Proficient in Data Analysis, Data Visualization tools (Excel/Tableau/Power BI), and Presentation Skills.
