Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the company's customer base
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring profitability
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years and proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Experience in the FMCG or Meat Industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
