What you will do?
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within private hospitals and healthcare networks.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, Procurement Managers, etc.).
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, seminars, and other strategic events to enhance the company’s product
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare opportunities.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to secure sustainable partnerships with customers
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development.
Kualifikasi
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics or pharmaceutical solutions
- Strong experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in engaging and building partnerships with private hospital chains, clinics, and medical centers.
- Strong and excellent presentation, communication and negotiation capabilities
- Dynamic and results-driven with a proactive and collaborative work ethic
- Having a personal vehicle.
