RESPONSIBILITY

Clearly communicate product features and benefits to existing customers
Address customers concerns and objections effectively
Meet and exceed sales target
Maintain a knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services
Maintain relationship with customers through regular communication and visit
Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc visit reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices

Kualifikasi

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum High School Graduate
Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Sales Staff or similar role in sales function/ department
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly
Update for latest information and news on current events
Natural aptitude for sales and persuasion
Proactive and self-driven to achieve and exceed targets
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Flexibility to work independently and/or collaboratively with internal teams
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Integrity and honesty in all customer interactions
Quick thinking to address potential customer concerns and give solutions
Having the experiences in B2B selling will be an advantage
Have a motorcycle and driver’s license
