GreenSM is looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to support our Vehicle Business growth across B2C (direct customers) or B2B (corporate clients & partners) segments.
1. B2C SALES (Direct Customers):
- Actively prospect and develop new customer accounts through prospecting, client visits, and field sales activities
- Present vehicle features, EV technology benefits, and financing options
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
- Guide customers through financing, insurance, and documentation processes
- Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat sales and referrals
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
2. B2B SALES (Corporate Clients & Partners):
- Develop and execute sales plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) to achieve targets
- Identify and expand networks of corporate clients, partners, and distributors
- Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations with decision-makers
- Implement sales programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage post-sales relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with Finance, Aftersales, and Operations for smooth delivery
- Provide market insights to support business strategy
Kualifikasi
1. B2C SALES (Direct Customers):
- 2–4 years of experience in B2C/direct sales (automotive dealer (car or motorcycles), transport ride-hailing, financing, or leasing is preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of financing (car loans, instalment plans) is a plus
2. B2B SALES (Corporate Clients & Partners):
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales or key account management (preferably in automotive, transport mobility, leasing, or related industries)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop new opportunities
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Good command of English and/or local language
- Willing to work in field settings and/or travel as required
