Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Actively follow up leads, handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Drive lead conversion through effective sales communication
- Coordinate class schedules with teachers based on availability
- Input and maintain accurate student, class, and activity data in the CRM system
- Prepare monthly reports (class activities, sales tracking, basic finance summaries)
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) for sales, events, and marketing-related needs
- Issue payment receipts and support basic accounting administration
- Assist with administrative preparations for events and internal programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital tools
- Communicative, detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
- Able to multitask and work independently while being a team player
- Female, preferably aged 24–25 years old (not a fresh graduate)
- Neat appearance and strong work ethic
