Job Description:
- Build strong pipelines and relationships in assigned markets.
- Achieve sales targets and create reliable forecasts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with SMEs by emphasizing value and ROI.
- Share market insights with product and marketing teams.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve business goals.
- Identify customer drivers and validate opportunities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with customers and partners.
- Solve problems proactively and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and continued platform usage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA is a plus).
- Sales or business development experience, especially in APAC/Indonesia markets.
- Proven track record in SaaS/IT product sales to SMBs, enterprises, or startups.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of competitive landscapes and strategy development.
- Experience in F&B and hospitality is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
