Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Sales who also handles the marketing duties a business needs in CCTV & Security System product division
- Search new account (channel), develop and managing key accounts
- Maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them
- Selling CCTV & Security System products
- Generate, create, develop, and manage partner
- Develop sales strategies that increase income from partners.
- Analyze market competition and competitor activities to have the market insight.
- Determines annual and gross - profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Business Management, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the security systems industry or technology-related products (CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, intrusion detection systems).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written (a must)
- Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Be a customer service oriented person
- High motivation and assertiveness
- Willing to work under pressure
- Good analytical thinking
