This role is for Rave Football Institute (RFI), youth football development in Singapore.
As Sales Executive, you'll be the face of RFI to parents, schools, corporates, and sponsors. You'll help RFI expand enrolments, close sponsorship deals, and form meaningful partnerships — all while championing the RFI brand and mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive academy programme enrolments through outreach, follow-ups, and consultations with parents.
- Identify and close sponsorship and partnership opportunities with schools, corporates, and community partners.
- Manage inbound sales leads and attend events, tournaments, and expos to represent RFI.
- Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to align sales strategy with our football calendar and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and partner engagements using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.

Kualifikasi
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in sports, education, or youth development sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both in-person and over the phone/email.
- Passion for football and youth development is a big plus.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards targets.
- Able to work some evenings/weekends to attend events and academy days.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is a bonus.
