Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective customers.
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, quotations, and tender documentation.
- Support customer meetings, site visits, and technical workshops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Kualifikasi
- 2–5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or solutions relevant to the industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience preparing technical proposals, solution documentation, and tender responses.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events when required.
- Good command of written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
