Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Make relationship with customer and search for the potential customer in the responsible industry segment.
- Responsible for fulfilling any customer request for an automation spare part.
- Responsible for providing education and presentations to explain automation products or services to customers or potential customers.
- Assist customers in analyzing machine constraints to minimize downtime for production machines.
- Able to meet the company's sales targets.
- Analyze any customers' needs and provide recommendations regarding product upgrades that have been discontinued.
- Provide reports on customer visits and a list of new customers on a regular basis to the Sales and Marketing Director.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook and Excel).
- Willing to work mobile.
- Good negotiation skill.
- Good skill in communication with customers.
- Good spoken and written in English.
- Have a strong personality, target oriented, and adaptable.
