- Identify and source potential prospects through various channels, such as social media, company databases, or industry events.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and profiles of potential customers
- Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, or messages to introduce the company's products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular, personalized communication.
- Schedule meetings or presentations between qualified prospects and the Business Development team
- Track and report sales activities, including the number of calls made, prospects contacted, and meetings scheduled
