Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Successfully generate business from new and existing customers, up to and including acquisitions.
  • Manage negotiations with clients.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1 minimum), preferably in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role with a strong network and partnership experience.
  • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An established network of potential clients.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to find and approach new customers through research and direct outreach.
  • Proven ability to solve customer problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and building new lines of business independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
