Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work closely with the business team to develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies.
- Identify and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Achieve individual weekly KPIs related to outreach and lead generation.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified business opportunities.
- Create a great first impression with potential clients by providing meaningful insights about our services.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Migunani & Co’s services to educate potential clients.
- Maintain engagement with new and existing leads through creative and compelling follow-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Interest or prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (internship experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience or interest in the startup or consulting industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A proactive, process-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
