Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day operational sales of BBQ equipment on the company website and Marketplace (Tokopedia)

- Ensure seamless customer experience across all sales channels

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to customer.

- Building up and maintain closely customer relationship.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges

- Implement strategies to optimize sales performance and improve customer satisfaction

Kualifikasi

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field

- Proven work experience as a sales representative from Manufacturs/F&B Company

- Familiar with BBQ Equipment

- Good command of spoken and written English

- Negotiation and persuasion skills

- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve results
