Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Sell and manage Community Digital Media inventory to both new and existing clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and agencies.
Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client expectations.
Develop creative sales packages and marketing programs based on available inventory.
Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Ensure administrative, documentation, and billing processes are handled properly.

Kualifikasi

Strong communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas to clients.
Able to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Capable of compiling client briefs and translating them into actionable internal plans.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Able to create sales packages and marketing programs based on available inventory.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Experience in sales, marketing, media, or community marketing is a plus.
