Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Having good connections with various government and private institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding catering services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
- Track and report on sales performance, setting and achieving sales targets and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering services.
- Present and sell catering packages, customizing offerings to meet client needs and preferences.
- Work closely with clients to understand their catering requirements and suggest suitable options.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handle any amendments or updates to contracts as required.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, service personnel, and suppliers to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
- Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events.
- Ensure all catering services comply with health and safety regulations and meet company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in food and beverage, sales, catering, or hospitality management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of catering operations, health and safety standards, and event planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
