Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Identify New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out new sales prospects through direct canvassing in targeted areas.
  2. Present Products/Services: Introduce and explain Metion’s offerings to potential clients, including product demonstrations as needed.
  3. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish strong relationships with new and existing customers and conduct regular follow-ups.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Responsible for meeting or exceeding set sales goals.
  5. Gather Market and Customer Data: Collect information on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  6. Report Sales Activities: Provide daily sales activity reports, including customer responses, challenges faced, and potential sales opportunities.
  7. Manage Customer Data: Maintain an accurate customer database with contact details, purchase history, and interaction notes.
  8. Participate in Product Training: Engage in product training and skill development to enhance product knowledge.
  9. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to improve sales strategies and achieve overall company objectives.
  10. Provide Management Feedback: Offer insights on market feedback, customer demands, and competitors' strategies for product or service improvement.

Kualifikasi

  1. Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably in direct or field sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively present products and services.
  3. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  4. Market Knowledge: Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, with the ability to gather and analyze market data.
  5. Reporting Skills: Competency in preparing accurate sales reports and managing customer data.
  6. Sales-driven Mindset: A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets, with a result-oriented approach.
  7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to the overall sales strategy and company goals.
  8. Adaptability and Flexibility: Capable of adapting to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
  9. Educational Background: Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  10. Training and Development: Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  11. Mobility: Ability to travel within the designated area, often requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
