Things you will do:
- Provide support to the Offline Sales Team, including administration tasks such as drafting proposal letters, creating contract rate templates, managing Group Event Orders, maintaining a recap database, inputting invoices, and reconciling payments.
- Screen incoming leads interested in booking group events
- Overseeing the offline sales operations for 2 - 3 branches, including wholesale, retail, and group booking segments
Kualifikasi
You'll fit in this job if you:
- Active students/fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree in any major
- Strong attention to detail with perfect accuracy and excel in multitasking
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Office / Ms. Words/ Excel
