Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prospecting & Canvassing: Melakukan kunjungan lapangan sesuai area yang ditentukan, mengidentifikasi merchant potensial, serta mengumpulkan data kontak untuk dijadikan leads.
- Presentasi & Penawaran: Menyampaikan informasi dan presentasi produk secara jelas dan persuasif, serta memberikan penawaran sesuai kebutuhan merchant.
- Follow Up: Menindaklanjuti prospek yang sudah dikunjungi, mengatur jadwal pertemuan/demo produk, serta meningkatkan kemungkinan closing.
- Reporting: Membuat laporan harian/mingguan terkait aktivitas canvassing dan follow up, serta menginput data prospek ke sistem.
- Kolaborasi Tim: Bekerja sama dengan telesales atau tim support untuk meningkatkan kualitas prospek, serta memberikan feedback lapangan terkait kebutuhan dan tren pelanggan.
Kualifikasi
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang sales canvasser
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, percaya diri, dan berorientasi pada target
- Mampu bekerja secara mobile (lapangan) dengan jadwal yang fleksibel
- Disiplin serta memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk belajar dan berkembang
