We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Partnership Assistant Manager to support and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing partnership collaborations to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead, manage, and develop the Sales & Partnership team.
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and regular evaluations to continuously improve team performance.
Client Management & Deal Making
- Responsible for identifying, managing, and expanding the client network (brands and external platforms).
- Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and finalize agreements with external partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and platforms to create sustainable partnership opportunities.
Product Performance Evaluation
- Analyze the performance of brand/partnership products on a regular basis.
- Identify brands with strong or weak performance and provide actionable recommendations based on the evaluation (e.g., scaling, pivoting, or terminating the partnership).
Strategic Planning & Improvement
- Develop effective sales and partnership strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Evaluate strategies and initiatives when targets are not met; identify root causes, create improvement plans, and implement necessary changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Good understanding regarding live ecommerce
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets or growing strategic accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Comfortable data and reporting tools
- Proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English will be a plus
