We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Partnership Assistant Manager to support and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing partnership collaborations to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative Team and Operations Team) to ensure partner success
- Develop partnership proposals and pitch decks
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and sales contracts
- Track and analyze performance of partnerships and sales initiatives
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Good understanding regarding live ecommerce
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets or growing strategic accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Comfortable data and reporting tools
- Proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English will be a plus
