Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Jakarta and BSD, Indonesia.
The Sales and Marketing Associate will play an essential role in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell campaign/services using solid campaign presentation to prospective customers
- Reach out to customer through face to face communication in certain area required
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Establish, develop and maintain positive relationship with the customer within working hours
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field, with at least one year of relevant experience in sales and marketing campaigns or communication.
- Great skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving techniques.
- A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good in spoken English.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the campaign
- Openness to feedback and new learning
