Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist who thrives on achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and executing impactful marketing campaigns. If you have a knack for sales, marketing strategies, and delivering measurable results, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach.
  3. Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and online platforms.
  4. Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
  5. Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, and retail channels.
  6. Align campaigns with brand objectives & value to promote products and maximize customer engagement.
  7. Partner with the social media specialist team to develop compelling marketing content, visuals, and messaging.
  8. Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and refine marketing strategies.
  9. Track and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven min. 1 year experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, e-commerce, and SEO.
  4. Pro-active and high initiative for growth.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Data-driven person.
  7. Detail and planning skills.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
  9. Passion for beauty and a keen eye for trends.
  10. Willing to work in Cakung.
