The Responsibilities of a Prudential Sales & Marketing Development Program are :
- Business Development: Develop insurance and financial businesses through sales of Prudential products.
- Marketing: Create marketing strategies to increase customer awareness and interest in Prudential products.
- Network Development: Build and maintain networks with agents, brokers and other business partners.
- Customer Service: Provide good service to customers, including resolving their complaints and questions.
- Personal Development: Participate in training and development to improve skills and knowledge about products and industries.
Kualifikasi
- This program is part of the PruVenture Development Program.PRUVenture is a Special Program from PT. Prudential Life Assurance adapted from several countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Myanmar
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Open to new opportunities and willing to learn new things
- Communicative, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus
