What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for [IT products/services]
- Design and implement offline marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals
- Coordinate webinars, trade shows, client events, and industry conferences
- Act as the point of contact for vendors, venue owners, and community partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing communication plans (email, social, web, events) to support lead generation and brand awareness
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team
- Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) pipeline management
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and automation for efficiency
- Report on sales performance to C level
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relation or a related field (technical background a plus)
- Min. 5+ years in marketing/sales communications, preferably in the IT/tech industry (SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, etc)
- 2+ years in sales leadership
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness (Google Analytics, KPIs)
- Experience with B2B tech marketing and sales cycles
- Experience supporting complex sales cycles and technical sales teams
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events)
- Strong project management, collaboration and multitasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
