Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities by targeting investor clients, franchisee, private schools.
Develop a pipeline of potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investor clients, franchisee, private schools.
Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries addressed promptly.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from clients and group bookings.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure contracts are profitable and align with the hotel's revenue management strategies.

Kualifikasi

Possesses bachelor's degree in any major
Having at least 1 year of experience as Sales B2B
Experience in Digital Agency industry would be a plus
Good Communication
Having basic knowledge of administration using Ms Office
Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta (Soon to Taman Tekno BSD, South Tangerang)
