Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mengelola dan menjamin kelancaran kegiatan operasional dan administrasi Departemen Sales & Marketing termasuk didalamnya aktivitas perencanaan, pengendalian terhadap pemasaran dan penjualan produk jasa Hotel & Agrowisata.
- Memback up tugas dari Sales & Marketing Manager
- Memeriksa schedule sales
- Memeriksa setiap pengajuan terkait pembayaran ke Departemen Acounting Melakukan koordinasi dengan team terkait penanganan komplain dan event
- Melakukan Sales Call untuk mendapatkan order
- Memeriksa Laporan Sales & Marketing Departemen.
- Melakukan koordinasi & pembagian tugas kepada bawahannya.
- Memberikan pengarahan & bimbingan kepada bawahan.
- Memelihara dan meningkatkan hubungan baik dengan Departemen lain
- Memelihara & meningkatkan kebersihan, kenyamanan, dan keamanan lingkungan kerja
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan min. S1 Semua jurusan
- Menguasai komputer (min, Ms. Word, excel dan internet)
- Mengerti tentang pemasaran perusahaan
- Pernah mendapat pelatihan sales marketing
- Rajın, jujur, rapi, teliti, inovatif, komunikatif
- Mampu bekerja sama dengan team

Kusuma Agrowisata Resort & Convention Hotel is located in the downtown of tourist destination in East Java. It's about 30 minutes from the downtown shopping and entertainment centre and about 2 hours drive from East Java's capital, Surabaya.You can also relax and enjoy the 'pick-it-yourself' apple, orange, strawberry and vegetable plantation. Our Hotel has 152 rooms consists of 103 superior rooms and 49 luxurios rooms set in Cottages which include Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Executive Cottages composed with garden. All rooms have a private terrace, comfortable bed, shower with cool & warm water, direct dial telephone, Multi Channel TV from INDOVISION and Movie Program, 24 hours Room Service and Free Wifi in All Area.
Batu city is located in 800 meters above sea level, with cold temperature 17-25,6 degree of Celcius. Batu city is an area in East Java that surrounded by mountains. Geographically, Batu is tropic area. The potencies of this area are coming from the agro product properties, fruits, vegetables, mountain panorama and the hills. When the visitors arrive to Batu city, the fresh mountain air has welcomed us.
