Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct telemarketing activities to promote and offer the company’s products or services.
- Handle the admission and sales process, including explaining programs/products, following up with leads, and closing sales.
- Manage and maintain lead and customer databases in a structured and systematic manner.
- Provide excellent service to prospective customers and respond to inquiries related to products or services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on telemarketing results, sales achievements, and admission progress.
- Focus on achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Management / Business Administration, Marketing / Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Tourism / Hospitality.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Sales, Admissions, or Telemarketing.
- Experienced in telemarketing activities, outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and closing sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools such as Mekari Qontak is a plus.
- Professional appearance, confident, and highly proactive.
